Displacement and migration of stents and endografis, dissection and rupture, unintentional occlusion of visceral arteries and aortic neck problems are all potential complications encountered in endovascular repaix I n open surgery, unexpected anatomy, dqjcult clamping, perforation, calcified arteries, ureteral lesions and mycotic aneurysms can cause serious dilemmas which require prompt solutions.
